2024 – Creation Africa Business Programme

• Creation Africa programme was an intense, high‑paced business programme.
• Renaissance was handpicked from 702 creative businesses.
• We were shortlisted to be part of the Top 40.
• Eventually chosen as 1 of the Top 12 CCI businesses to partake in mentorship sessions.
• There were multiple pitching sessions, which included highly revered business professionals and the Ambassador of France to South Africa.
• The acceleration programme covered group classes and intense one‑on‑one sessions focusing on finance, marketing, branding, business management and leadership.
• This ultimately led to Renaissance Design being awarded funding to start the homeware prototyping.
• This experience tested courage and resilience every step of the programme.

2024 – Graham Beck Collaboration

• Collaboration with South African champagne brand Graham Beck.
• Participation in a masterclass with Cape Town‑based ceramist Michael Chandler.
